From pressure and stress to a sanctuary of calm
I was never the person who really enjoyed working out. I tried running, the gym and other fitness classes but never found the right fit for me. I worked in high pressure jobs and knew I needed to move my body as I sat at a desk all day. I tried mat and reformer Pilates and loved it. Pilates didn't feel like punishment or something to tick off the list, it became the movement I craved.
I loved it that much I decided to train as an instructor in both mat and reformer Pilates and decided to leave the corporate world behind and do something I am passionate about.
I have since opened my own studio in Surfers Paradise, a luxurious space designed to make movement feel uplifting.
